How our beliefs shape our reality

Positive Push #2

Have you ever caught yourself saying, "I can't do this because...

  1. I am afraid of the water.

  2. I don't know how to drive.

  3. I don't have a degree in XYZ.

  4. I am not good at public speaking...

...and so on.

These are all beliefs that we have, which we use as excuses to not take action.

Excuses to NOT ACT.

Because our beliefs shape our reality.

For example, if you believe that you’re afraid of the water, then your reality will be very different from someone who likes it.

Speaking from experience, I personally tried surfing multiple times but had panic attacks each time due to my fear of the waves.

However, many people enjoy surfing every day because their beliefs is different from mine.

Regarding this, I can either:

  • Fuel that belief and continue making it my reality.

  • Work on it and change that belief to shape a different reality.

The good news is that once you uncover a belief, you can start working on changing it.

And eventually, change your reality and life. ✨

Keep pushing,
